Budget Holiday Insurance

Im going on a round the world trip in May/June and I have broken down the cost of each area and the trip in total. Does this seem about right? I know I could probably get by on a bit less in Asia, Im just trying to allow for slightly more just incase.Fiji or Samoa 2 weeks £20 per day
New Zealand 4 weeks £20 per day
Australia 20 weeks £20 per day
Bali 3 weeks £15 per day
Singapore 4 days £25 per day
Malaysia 2 weeks £15 per day
Thailand 3 weeks £15 per day
Cambodia 1 week £15 per day
Vietnam 3 weeks £15 per day

So far just the cost of living comes to £5140 !

Then I have my rtw ticket £1200
Travel Insurance £250
Visas £150
Innocculations -£100 approx
Internal Flights £150
I also want to do a Padi Diving course £150-200

So its now £7190…

Does anyone think that I have missed any other expenses, or that my prices need adjusting?

I am staying in Australia for 5 months and Im hoping to work for about 3 months to get more cash.

Damn, by the sounds of it I am underestimating by quite a bit. Double it! That means I need about 12k! I

f I work in Oz I think I could maybe have 6.5-7.5k but nowhere near £12,000…

First let me start by saying im a nationally registered Paramedic, I got pulled over about 15min ago coming home from running my usual 10miles a night. I had forgotten to use a turn signal and had no tag lights. I had my backpack on the side of me that says Paramedic on it. The cop was a total **** head in til he saw my back pack. Then he said “i better let you off just in case you ever have to pick me up off the streets” With out even asking for Licence, Registration, or Insurance he let me go! Do you think he would of given me a ticket if i didnt have my backpack with me? I think my backpack is a life saver.
